Preparing for a Phenomenal QHHT Session
I am excited about facilitating your self healing and look forward to assisting you with your best interest in mind. It will be most helpful for you to practice relaxation meditation before you come to your session. At the bottom of this page, I've provided you with my guided meditation Youtube video to practice with. The more you do it, the easier it gets. The benefits are unlimited. We all can use relaxing times like this in our daily lives.
Please bring with you a list of questions that you wish to address to the Higher Self, including a request for healing (if any).
Here are a few examples:
- I would like to request healing for the following health issues: _____________ What is the root cause of________?
- What do I need to know now?
- Am I on my right spiritual path?
- May I receive guidance with______________? (career path, relationships, etc)
- Why do I keep having a pattern of_______________? What lesson am I to learn from it?
- What gift or gifts I have that I may or may not be aware of?
Please have a restful night' sleep and a good meal before your session. It may take all day. Make sure you will not feel rushed to be anywhere after the session.
After you leave, I will send the MP3 file to your selected email address. Please download your file as soon as you receive the link and listen to it as soon as you can and as often as you can. Listening repeatedly to the audio will reinforce any self healing or greatly improve your life conditions as you intended.
