How to Prepare for a Session

I am excited about facilitating your self-healing and look forward to assisting you with your best interest in mind. The best way to prepare for the QHHT Session is for you to practice relaxation and meditation before you come to your session.  At the bottom of this page, I provide you with a guided meditation via YouTube video that I created to help you prepare.  The more you meditate, the easier it gets. Meditation creates a conscious connection with the Higher Self.  That connection becomes deeper over time.  The benefits are unlimited.  We can all use time like this to relax and connect within every day.  Becoming present and communing with your own heart is the best gift you can give yourself.  Give yourself this gift every day.

Please bring with you a list of questions that you wish to address to the Higher Self, including your healing requests (if you have any).

Please have restful sleep the night before your session and a healthy meal before your session.  Your session may take all day.   Make sure your schedule is free directly after the session, so you will not feel rushed to be anywhere once the session is complete.

After you leave, I will send an MP3 file audio recording of the session to your email address.  Please download your file as soon as you receive the link and listen to it as soon as you can and as often as you can. Listening repeatedly to the audio will reinforce any self-healing and greatly improve your life conditions as you intended.  The connection to your own Higher Self increases and becomes stronger with practice.  The audio recording helps you to connect to the frequency of your own Higher Self.  The Higher Self contains the wisdom and the answers to every question.
